Elara Etelier by H.K. — also written Elara Atelier, Elara HK or Elara by H.K. — is the couture label of designer Harneet Kaur, based in New Delhi. From everyday kurtis and tailored suits to contemporary dresses, elevated occasionwear and exceptionally elaborate bridal and couture creations, every piece is designed with the same attention to detail, craftsmanship and individuality.
This website is a catalogue of our work and creative capability — a glimpse into what we have created and the extent to which we can take a garment, from its silhouette and construction to its embroidery, embellishment and finishing. The pieces showcased here represent our body of work and are intended to demonstrate the craftsmanship and possibilities of the atelier.
The garments featured on this website are not offered for sale as displayed. They are a curated presentation of our past creations and serve as a portfolio of the work we have produced. Each new piece is conceived and created individually, according to the client, occasion and vision.

The pieces shown in our collections are showcase creations, presented to illustrate the breadth of what our atelier can create. They are not available for direct purchase and serve as a reference for our craftsmanship and design capabilities.
Every order is developed with you. Fabric, colour, embroidery, silhouette and other details may be refined during the sampling stage. Once the selected fabric and embroidery are finalised, we share a sample by photograph or invite you to view it at the atelier. Changes can be made freely at this stage. Once the sample is approved, production begins and further changes cannot be made.
A bridal commission runs ten to fourteen weeks from first sketch to final fitting, depending on how dense the embroidery is. Occasionwear and everyday pieces take two to four weeks.
